9-time World Champion Harrie Lavreysen (Netherlands) used convincing performances over all 4 rounds of the inaugural UCI Monitor Champions League to win the general Males’s Dash title on Saturday evening in London. Germany’s Stefan Bötticher was the one rider to return near the Dutcham, securing second total with 133 factors,, 14 again of Lavreysen. Vasilijus Lendel (Lithuania) and Mikhail Yakovlev (Russia)  scored 72 factors in third place.

The decisive ultimate spherical noticed the Lavreysen and Bötticher undergo the Keirin heats safely. Within the ultimate, Bötticher led the road behind the derny, whereas Lavreysen sat in fifth place and attacked from the again with one lap to go. In a photograph end on the line, Bötticher took the win by 0.004 seconds over the Dutchman, which tightened the general standings to only three factors.
