For people with fair to bad credit, the Fortiva credit card is an unsecured credit-building option. Fortiva offers a variety of payment options for the majority of cardholders, including mail, phone, online account access, and the Fortiva app, to help them avoid making late payments.

You will want a Fortiva credit card login in order to make payments online or through the app.

Creating a Fortiva Credit Card Login

On the Fortiva website or through the Fortiva Account Center mobile app, you can set up a Fortiva credit card login.

On the Fortiva Website

To create a login on the Fortiva website:

• From the main menu, select “Account” and then “My Account.”
• On the Fortiva My Account page, click “Create Account.”
• Enter your last name, the last four digits of your Social Security number and your date of birth and then click “Submit.”

With the Fortiva App

To create a login using the Fortiva app:

• Download the Fortiva Account Center app to your mobile device from Google Play or the App Store.
• Install and launch the app.
• From the launch screen, tap “Create Account.”
• Enter your last name, the last four digits of your Social Security number and your date of birth and then tap “Submit.”

Making a Fortiva Payment

You can make a Fortiva payment by mail. Some cardholders can also pay by phone, online or by mobile app.

By Mail

Send your payment coupon, a check, or money order to the address listed on your monthly statement to make a payment by mail.

Payment posting may be delayed and late fines may apply if you mail the payment to a different address than the one listed on your account or without a payment voucher. To be credited on time, payment must be received by 5 p.m. Central Time on the due date.

Online or Mobile App

You must link a checking account to the app in order for it to act as the source of payment if your Fortiva credit card account is configured to accept payments online or through a mobile app.

You can log in and schedule payments of any amount after connecting an account.

By Phone

Some cardholders can make Fortiva credit card payments by phone. Contact Fortiva customer service to determine if pay-by-phone is available for your account.
